Group Counselling & Therapy

Group therapy gives us an opportunity to see how we relate to others in a group setting and practice skills in the presence of others. As skilled group therapy facilitators, we have completed therapy process groups on a variety of topics. Virtual or in-person group therapy is occasionally offered throughout the year.
